This city in northern Greater Poland is located in a picturesque basin surrounded by hills.   <\/strong>Here we can also take advantage of equipment rentals and two ski lifts. In Chodziez we can also go skiing overlooking the lake. <\/p>\n<h2>Winter madness in the National Park and wildernesses of Greater Poland<\/h2>\n<p>In Greater Poland, cross-country skiing enthusiasts will find excellent conditions. The best places for cross-country skiing in Greater Poland are primarily dense forests, providing an excellent climate, silence and, as long as the winter is snowy, great trails. For a few hours of skiing, the National Park is ideal, and most importantly, you don&#8217;t have to spend several to several hours in the car to do it.    <strong>A few years ago, four trails were marked out in the Wielkopolska National Park, which are ideal for hiking and Nordic walking in the summer, and serve as excellent cross-country skiing trails in the winter.<\/strong>  WPN is not very extensive, it has too good infrastructure, including parking lots, toilets, and access roads. It is therefore a good option for an active weekend morning. After completing the route, you can find yourself in Puszczykowo or Mosina within a quarter of an hour for hot coffee and a decent recovery meal.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Much greater opportunities are offered by the vast expanses of the Notecka Forest and the Drawa Forest.  <\/strong>Here we must be prepared for slightly more difficult conditions. The snow may be powdery (so we are unlikely to skate style), and the access options are limited. On the other hand, it is in such places that we will feel the real chillout and closeness to nature. This is also an ideal area for a longer stay, especially in one of the agritourism facilities or forest resorts.
